2021 My Empowered Heart Holiday Gift Guide

💝Made a holiday gift guide with my super faves for you! My 2021 holiday shopping guide is all about wellness, non-toxic self-care and beauty, kitchen gadgets, and even some cozy clothing and shoes. I put a lot of thought and intention into this gift guide, and I’m so excited to share it with you. I’ve included 19 gift ideas/products I personally use every day. I hope this guide will make holiday shopping easier, and serve as a quick resource anytime you need to find a thoughtful gift for a loved one. I hope you like it!

Wildling Empress Stone:

I have incredibly sensitive skin, and this stone is the only one I’ve tried that actually soothes my skin as I gua sha instead of irritating it. I use it nightly, and have noticed how helpful it’s been in supporting lymph drainage. This is the perfect gift for any beauty buff who appreciates natural skincare.

The Wildling Empress Stone, featured on “Good Morning, America”, is composed of Bian stone, an amalgamate of 40+ minerals known for their healing properties. Bian stone is said to emit ultrasound pulsations, far infrared rays, and negative ions as a result of the cosmic impact — all of which are known for their antioxidant and anti-aging effects on cells and DNA. Such a winner.

Skinmedica Ultra Sheer Moisturizer: is the only moisturizer I don’t react to. I even use this moisturizer to gua sha, as I don’t tolerate any type of oil. It has kept my skin moisturized and allergy-free for the past two years. It is light, oil-free, hydrating, conditioning, firming, and balancing. As a plus it contains vitamins C and E to protect against free radical damage.

The Ordinary Caffeine 5% + ECGC Depuffing Eye Serum: I swear by this product for it’s depuffing effects. This light-textured formula contains an extremely high 5% concentration of caffeine, as well as highly-purified Epigallocatechin Gallatyl Glucoside (EGCG). Independent studies have shown that topical use of caffeine and EGCG helps reduce puffiness and of dark circles in the eye contour, and I can attest to this. I have used this product for the past 2 years religiously, and apply it twice daily. It is alcohol-free, oil-free, silicone-free, nut-free, vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free.

Acure Ultra-hydrating Eye Cream: wakes up tired eyes with green coffee, supergreens minimize puffiness and energize, and adaptogens combat stress and rejuvenate. This is def my fave non-toxic moisturizing eye cream. It is formulated without parabens, sulfates, petroleum, mineral oil, formaldehyde, or animal products.

Ilia Natural Super Tint Serum SPF 40 & Volumizing Mascara & Gel eyeliner: are the only beauty products my sensitive eyes and skin tolerate tolerate. The mascara is buildable, flake-free, and  99% naturally-derived. It lifts, curls, lengthens, and adds just the right amount of volume. Organic shea butter and fortifying Arginine (keratin) help boost and enhance lashes. It’s vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, fragrance-free, and synthetic dye-free. The skin serum and eyeliner are also created using only non-toxic ingredients.

John Masters Shampoo & Conditioner: finding non-toxic hair care that is actually effective is like finding a unicorn. I found my unicorn. This duo is 70% or more organic. It cleanses and moisturizes without stripping the hair, increases hair’s moisture levels, and restores hair’s luster and shine. I’ve been using these two for a year, and I’m hooked. Clean, organic, and cruelty-free.

Poochose Dry Brushing Body Brush: I love this brush for detox, and improving lymphatic drainage. This is the perfect gift for anyone wishing to improve their skin and body health. The natural boar bristles are firm and effective, perfect for exfoliating and softening skin. The handle is made of smooth polished wood, and the cotton strap is super helpful when dry brushing.

I truly believe good health begins and ends in the gut. These are my fave gut support products. This is not medical advice, just sharing these two products I love that have helped me so much. I’ll be gifting my loved ones these two:

Biocidin Proflora 4r Spore Probiotic: is a unique spore-based probiotic with additional botanicals to support microbial balance and gut health. This spore-forming probiotic crowds out bad bacteria. I love it because it doesn’t contain any histamine-producing strains. Unlike conventional probiotics, Proflora 4R does not require refrigeration, and is designed to survive stomach acid on it’s way to the large intestine. It is the only probiotic I tolerate. It has truly been transformational for my gut health.

Ionbiome Gut Support: is an all natural soil-derived humic extract + purified water combo that seals cells in the gut lining, helping keep toxins out of your body and strengthening the terrain upon which the microbiome can diversify. A diverse gut is the foundation of good health.

Ninja Professional Plus Blender: So powerful, and my absolute fave, perfect for making smoothies and soups, and even crushing ice! It’s also BPA-FREE.

Ninja 4 qt Air Fryer: I am loving making all my fave treats the healthy way with this air fryer. Fries, brussels sprouts, you name it! The food tray is BPA-FREE.

Hamilton Beach 3-cup Glass Bowl Food Processor: This little food processor is the perfect size for making homemade sauces and dressing. No need to worry about BPA, because it has a glass bowl!

Triple Tree Stainless Steel Glass Bottle: This is my fave water bottle. It’s non-toxic, can handle a tumble without breaking, is easy to carry around, and is so affordable.

Stasher bag set & Stasher duo: are my  fave way to take snacks on the go, or store food in the freezer. They are made with 100% food grade silicone, are dishwasher-safe, eco-friendly, and non-toxic. The bright colors are a plus. Great for kids and adults alike.

Columbia Women’s Delta Ridge Jacket: is how I’m keeping warm my first winter on the East Coast. It’s lightweight, super cozy, long, and flattering.

Brooks Women’s Dyad and Addiction Running Shoes: are my all-time fave sneakers. They are super comfy, great quality, provide so much support, come in all widths, and have a roomy toe box. As a plus, they come in the cutest color combos. I first fell in love with them as work shoes. If you’re a nurse, or know a nurse, you know how much time we spend on our feet. These shoes are like walking on little pillows. You won’t be disappointed!
