Adaptogens help the body respond to stress, fatigue, and anxiety. This golden latte gives me energy, and leaves me feeling relaxed and comforted. One thing I haven’t talked about is that maca helps support hormone health. It’s an amazing superfood, and it’s honestly changing my life (hormone balance:)
Adaptogenic Golden Maca Latte

1 c almond milk (I used homemade: blend 1.5c water + 2 tbsp almond butter)
3 tbsp canned full-fat coconut milk
½-1 tsp maca powder
1. Heat almond milk until bubbling and foamy. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then pour into the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend until creamy and foamy. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
Pinch black pepper
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla powder/extract
Maple syrup or coconut sugar, to taste
