Adaptogenic Hot Chocolate

Adaptogens help the body handle stress, anxiety, and fatigue. What better way to enjoy them than with this creamy hot chocolate that’s also a fab coffee substitute:)


1 c almond milk (I use homemade 1.5 c filtered water blended with 2 tbsp almond butter)

1 tbsp cacao powder 

½ tsp pure vanilla powder or extract 

¼-½ tsp maca powder 

½ tsp ground cinnamon 

2 tsp coconut sugar 

1 tsp creamy peanut butter or coconut butter 


1. Add hot milk to the blender (after letting it cool a bit), then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy and foamy. I added a couple of vegan marshmallows:).
