Ingredients

  • 1 Honeycrisp apple

  • 1 c almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon, to taste

  • Fresh grated ginger, to taste

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp flaxmeal

  • 1-2 tsp cashew butter

  • 1-2 medjool dates

  • Toppings: ground cinnamon and dark chocolate chips

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Enjoy!
