Baked Feta Pasta

You know, the baked feta trend, but make it holiday style.😉

❤️This is the easiest holiday meal you need in your life. Baked red bells + extra virgin olive oil and sea salt are the juiciest. Pair them with vegan Violife Just Like Feta (or organic goat cheese if you prefer) + your fave pasta (I used Jovial GF Fusilli), and you have a stunner for din! The fresh basil and garlic add the perfect pop of flavor, and I finished it all off with crushed pink peppercorns. DAMN. I can’t stop eating this thing!

😆 The holidays are gonna be 🔥!

INGREDIENTS

1-2 blocks of vegan feta (whilel this vegan cheese is not labeled low histamine, it is allergen-free and is made with very few ingredients. I have tolerated it very well. Please assess your own tolerance)

4-5 red bell peppers, sliced

Extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt, to taste

Fresh basil leaves

3-4 garlic cloves, minced

Optional: Crushed pink peppercorns

MAKE IT

2. In a glass casserole dish, placed feta or fist cheese in the middle, and surround with sliced bells.

3. Drizzle evoo and sea salt all over.

2. En una charola de horniar de vidrio, coloque queso feta en El centro, y rodeelo con rajas de pimiento.
