1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 medjool date
1 banana
1 c frozen mango
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp vanilla (I used pure vanilla powderto avoid alcohol in vanilla extract)
2-3 tbsp probiotic coconut yogurt
Toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut and raw honey
