Blueberry Almond Milk/Leche de almendra y arandanos

A little variation on the original, and already a fave. I love adding it to smoothie’s especially.

INGREDIENTS 

1?½ c filtered water 

2 tbsp creamy almond butter 

Pinch of sea salt 

1 tsp finely ground freeze-dried blueberries 

MAKE IT

Blend for 2-3 minutes, strain if you’d like, and store in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.

1½ taza de agua filtrada
2 cucharadas de mantequilla cremosa de almendras
Pizca de sal marina
1 cucharadita de arándanos liofilizados finamente molidos

HAZLA

Bate por 2-3 minutos, cuelala, y guárdela en un recipiente hermético por 5 días.
