🍑What better way to start the weekend than with caramelized peach compote pancakes?!

🍁To make this compote you’ll need fresh peaches, maple syrup, lime juice, spices, and sea salt. Each ooey gooey bite will hit your taste buds with notes of cardamom and ground ginger. So good!
2 peaches, diced
Squeeze of lime juice (½ tsp is low histamine per mastcell360.com)
Pinch of cardamom
Pinch of ground ginger
Pinch of sea salt
1. Place all.ingredients in a pan on medium heat, stirring constantly.
2. Smash leaves as you go, so that the juice caramelizes with the maple syrup.
3. Cook until desired consistency (about 8-10 minutes)
