Eat this salad with chips and hot sauce, or in a tortilla for a fresh new take on taco salad!
INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas
Red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, chopped
red onion, finely diced
1 large tomato, chopped
lime juice, to taste
exrra virgin olive oil, to taste
Sea salt
pinch of dried oregano
MAKE IT
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, and mix until until combined. Serve with feta (I used DF), and chips or in a tortilla for a fresh new take on ya on taco salad.
