Make creamy chocolate pudding that is silky and creamy in just 5 minutes. Blended chia seeds are also easier to digest/absorb nutrients.
INGREDIENTS
¾ c almond milk OR coconut milk
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder, to taste
Maple syrup, to taste
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla powder OR 1 scoop vanilla protein (sometimes I add both)
MAKE IT
1. Let chia seeds sit in water for 10 minutes before blending. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Refrigerate pudding for one hour/overnight.
2. Garnish with Mexican shortbread cookies shredded coconut, strawberries, and coconut whipped cream.

4 cucharadas de semillas de chía
2 cucharadas de cocoa
Jarabe de arce, al gusto
pizca de canela
1 cucharadita de vainilla pura en polvo O un cucuaron de proteina vainilla en polvo

1. Remoja las semillas chia por 10 minutos antes de licuar. Mezcle todos los ingredientes en una licuadora de alta velocidad. Refrigere el budín por una hora/toda la noche.
2. Adorne con galletas de mantequilla mexicanas, coco rallado, fresas y crema batida de coco.
