🌿It was time for a new sauce, so I experimented with this cilantro chutney (thank you Indian cuisine), and it turned out so good! It pairs perfectly with my crispy oven-baked fries (made them with ghee this time), or your fave protein.
🥥It’s super easy to make, just blend the following ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency: fresh cilantro, spring onions, coconut milk + some if the cream from the top of the can, fresh garlic, lime juice, and sea salt. Now start dipping with fries:)!😋

INGREDIENTS
Large handful of cilantro
Juice of ½ lime (½ tsp is low histamine per mastcell360.com, and half lime=1 tsp of lime juice so don’t eat all the sauce!😆)
5 tbsp coco cream
2 garlic cloves
2 spring onions
¼ tsp sea salt
Pinch of ground ginger (thanks @sirichills)❤️
MAKE IT
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency.
**GF/DF/LOW HISTAMINE (I followed mastcell360 low histamine foods list very strictly initially, then added some foods from the SIGHI list as I began to tolerate more foods, all under the care of a dietitian. A low histamine diet is restrictive and not meant to be followed long-term, as nutrient deficiencies may develop).**
