Pair this delicious sauce with your favorite salad (make sure you add protein), or with tacos!
INGREDIENTS
½ c hemp hearts
1 small handful whole cilantro stems (chop off very top and very bottom of stems)
3 cloves fresh garlic
Squeeze fresh lime juice (½ tsp to keep it low histamine)
½ teaspoon salt, to taste
8 tbsp water
4 Olive oil drizzles
½ tsp chopped red onion (optional)
MAKE IT
- Blend hemp hearts, cilantro, garlic, lime, and salt in food processor, until desired consistency. Then add water, and blend. Add olive oil last, and blend.
