Crunchy Almond Cookie Dough Bites (low histamine)

Cookie dough has to be one of my favorite things. So I made these crunchy bites, and I hope you like them!

INGREDIENTS (8 cookie bites)

¾-1 c blanched almond flour (depending on consistency you want) @bobsredmill

⅓ c crunchy almond butter

3-4 tbsp maple syrup @coombsmaple

½ tsp vanilla powder (or 1 tsp vanilla extract, if tolerated) @nielsenmassey

Pinch of sea salt

Anything else you wanna throw in:)

MAKE ‘EM

1. Mix all ingredients with your hands until fully combined.

2. Scoop out individual bites with a cookie scoop.

3. Gently roll each bite in shredded coco

4. Freeze for 20 minutes (I store them in the freezer as well, in glass tupperware).

ENJOY!😋

**GF/DF/LOW HISTAMINE (I followed mastcell360 low histamine foods list very strictly initially, then added some foods from the SIGHI list as I began to tolerate more foods, all under the care of a dietitian. A low histamine diet is restrictive and not meant to be followed long-term, as nutrient deficiencies may develop).**
