One ginger root (size of your hand, or a bit smaller
3 c water
MAKE ‘EM
- Blend ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and fully blended (4 minutes). Straining is optional. Pour into silicone ice cube trays, and freeze for 4-6 hours.
