Ginger Tea Ice Cubes (low histamine)

Ginger is such a superstar. It encourages digestion, the growth of good bacteria, and has anti-inflammatory effects!

 

INGREDIENTS

 

One ginger root (size of your hand, or a bit smaller

3 c water

 

MAKE ‘EM

  1. Blend ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and fully blended (4 minutes). Straining is optional. Pour into silicone ice cube trays, and freeze for 4-6 hours.
