Gut-healing Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 Honeycrisp apple 

1 c almond milk 

1-2 medjool dates 

1 scoop vanilla pea protein 

¼ tsp ground cinnamon, to taste 

1 ginger ice cube (on the blog) or fresh ginger, to taste 

3 tsp chia seeds 

1 tsp flaxmeal 

1-2 tsp cashew butter 

1 tsp virgin coconut oil 

TOP WITH: pinch ground cinnamon and dark chocolate chips 

MAKE IT

1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and add toppings.
