1 c canned coco milk: Aroy-D Coco Milk is best
1 c frozen mango
¼-½ c frozen raspberries (limit to ¼ c for low-histamine)
2 small carrots, peeled
1 tsp coco butter: @nutiva
2 tbsp shredded coco: Let’s Do Organic
2 tsp maple syrup: @coombsmaple Syrup
1. Blend all ingredients in blender until creamy.
2. Top with mango, raspberries, shredded coco, and hemp hearts.
