Kale Chips (low histamine)

Need a quick and healthy snack? Make kale chips!

 

INGREDIENTS

 

Kale bouquet

Sea salt

Garlic Powder

Extra virgin olive oil

 

MAKE ‘EM

 

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Wash kale, and tear leaves off of stems (all about the same size).

3. Massage olive oil into leaves until they soften.

4. Season with sea salt and garlic powder, to taste.

5. Toss until seasoning is evenly distributed.

6. Arrange in a single layer with some space in between on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

7. Bake at 350°F for 13 minutes.
