Mexican Cobb Salad (low histamine)

🌞Days are sunnier, weather is warmer, and I’m ready for all the salads. Cobb salad is one of my faves, and this is my take on it, with a little Mexican twist;).

🥗Romaine lettuce

🥦Broccoli microgreens

🧀@goodplanetfoods cheese (VG, free of common allergens, not labeled low histamine, omit if not tolerated)

💚Lime

🥚Boiled egg (omit to keep it VG)

🧅Red onion

🌱Chives

Instant Pot Black beans

🍗Taco-seasoned shredded chicken

♥️Sweet mini bell peppers

🌱Spiced chickpeas

🥣Vegan ranch (added a little more sweet paprika this time)
