¾ c water or almond milk
1-1.5 c frozen peaches
1 scoop vanilla pea protein
1 tsp cashew butter or tahini
½ tsp virgin coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
1-2 tsp flax meal
Pinch of fresh grated ginger
Top with ground cinnamon, then coconut crumble:

1. Top with ground cinnamon and coconut crumble:
On the stovetop on medium heat, add unsweetened shredded coconut and cook until golden, add a drizzle of maple syrup, stir, and remove from heat. Adding pecans is optional:)
