INGREDIENTS
2 peaches
½ can coco milk (full fat, unsweetened, no gums/additives)
2 tbsp coco cream (from the top of the can)
Maple syrup, to taste
I tbsp hemp hearts
Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein
MAKE IT
1. Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth and creamy
2. Top with shredded coco
