This creamy, gut-healthy pistachio milk is thick and creamy, and the perfect way to switch things up. It’s ready in just minutes, and can be enjoyed on it’s own, in smoothies, or your morning coffee or tea!  As a plus, it is a food source of fats, fiber to feed good gut bugs, and minerals.

1. Opt for pure vanilla powder in place of vanilla extract for an alcohol-free sub.

Ingredients

  • 3 c filtered water

  • 1 c unsalted pistachios

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: 1/8 tsp cardamom and top with raw honey

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
