Protein Oatmeal Bowl

This little protein bowl is the MVP. It packs 35 grams of protein, lots of anti-inflammatory fatty acids, fiber to feed good gut bugs, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c gluten-free rolled oats

     

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 c water

  • 1/2 c almond milk

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 

  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  • Add the oats, water, milk, and salt to a small pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 

  • Reduce heat, add chia seeds, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and mix in protein powder. Add toppings, and enjoy immediately!
