
10 Sep Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
¾ c filtered water
4 tbsp pureed pumpkin
1 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 tsp creamy cashew butter
1 green banana
2 dates
1 tsp coco cream
Pinch fresh ginger
½ tsp pumpkin spice
2 scoop vanilla pea protein
MAKE IT
Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth.
