Spiced chickpeas are an delicious healthy snack all on their own, and an amazing salad topper!
INGREDIENTS
Frozen chickpeas
Sea salt, to taste
Cumin, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
MAKE ‘EM
1. Microwave chickpeas for a few minutes so they’re thawed.
2. Dry really well with paper towels (any moisture will affect crisp factor).
3. Place them in a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Toss with olive oil.
5. Sprinkle salt all over.
6. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven, and season with salt, cumin, and garlic powder.
