Ingredients

  • 20 strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/4 maple syrup, to taste

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • If berries are frozen, microwave for 1 minute

  • Cook on medium heat, and add maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
