Gut-Healthy Cashew Crema
1 c cashews (soak in hot water for 30 minutes, then discard water)
1 lemon, juice
1 lime, juice
3/4 c filtered water
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt, to taste
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until creamy smooth.
