Coconut Vanilla Glaze (low histamine)

INGREDIENTS

 

1 ½ tbsp coconut oil

1 ½ tsp maple syrup

Pinch of cardamom

Sprinkle of pure vanilla powder

Pinch of salt flakes

 

MAKE IT

 

1. Whisk all ingredients with a fork.
