Tahini Maple Vanilla Sauce (low histamine)

Drizzle this sweet sauce on cookies, energy balls, or even pancakes.

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1 tbsp tahini (fave brand: Kevala)

2 tsp maple syrup

1 tbsp hot water

Sprinkle of vanilla powder (I love @nielsenmassey)

Optional: Pinch of cardamom/fresh or ground ginger

Maldon  salt flakes

 

 

MAKE IT

  1. Mix all (except water) in a small microwave-safe dish. Once fully-combined, add warm water and whip. Warm 30s before serving.
